Shipping Information

Delivery times are calculated from the time an order ships from our fulfillment center to when it is delivered to the customer:

3-7 business days (Standard)
2 business days (Expedited)

Standard Shipping (U.S. Only):  Standard shipping is a blend of multiple shipping services that allows for a high quality service at a reasonable price. Items may ship from different fulfillment centers leading to multiple shipments for each order. Shipping standard lead time is 3-7 business days throughout the continental U.S. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and tracking numbers will be provided to the customers once items are ready to ship. Standard shipping should be selected if the shipping destination is a United States PO Box or United States Mailing Address. You must be already receiving US Postal Office mail at the address selected for your shipment to be eligible for STANDARD SHIPPING.

Returns/Exchanges: We gladly accept returns or unused merchandise in the original packaging for full refund within 90 days from date of purchase. We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective items for full refund. All items returned will be credited back to the credit card use to complete the purchase, unless otherwise instructed to apply to a gift card.
